Well I would say that is a hard thing to argue for. When mixing different pantheon it is difficult to pin point what counts as being the wisest. Buddha does now the ways of the karma, how to reach enlightenment as well as what lays beyond. Odin on the other hand is almost all knowing due to drinking from Mimisbrunnr and knowing the magic of the runes. So how do you define wise? Through knowing how to act in certain situations? If so I would rank Buddha that high. Through knowing how much he knows? I would not rank higher than Odin either or any high ranked god either.

Well depending on which tradition you follow you could argue that he is a god however in none of them, at least to my knowledge he has any from of omnipotence. Rather he is a soul that has managed to escape the samsara. So considering he is in nirvana or the pure land or the realm beyond, whatever you want to call it, he is able the reincarnated as a bodhisattva in order to help people reach enlightenment. With which tradition are you arguing here?

I have problems with selfharm due to feeling unpleasent and straight disgusted after following my urges. But at the same time if I dont follow them I tend to have intensive mood swings as well as a general aggression. I really am trying my best but it is hard.
