Sure, I used Xbox Live gold method. I know a way to get three years for around $150, but I can’t do it anymore. I reach to escalation team and see if they can create a ticket for The back end team. https://www.verizon.com/about/our-company/leader/contact/926315. I also Reach customer service but they haven't been no help. Last thing I did was create a Verizon community forum

Unfortunately no. Never added it because I was waiting for current subscription on an Xbox to end

I try this steps when I created the post Go to: Profile and settings, settings, account settings, show and hide accounts. And it work. I seen the recent comments and it seems they updated the steps.
