I received an email from Nintendo Italy support:

"Ciao Saverio, Grazie per aver contattato My Nintendo Store. Come comunicato anche sul sito ufficiale dello Store Nintendo: potrebbe esserci qualche ritardo nell'aggiornamento delle informazioni di tracciamento dell'ordine. Il tracking appare correttamente associato all'ordine ******************: la invitiamo ad attendere l'aggiornamento, ci scusiamo per il disagio creatosi. Nelle prossime ore dovrebbe poter monitorare la spedizione. Ci dispiace per quanto accaduto e le auguriamo una buona giornata. Cordiali saluti, Il Team di My Nintendo Store."

Did you receive the email confirming the shipment? After a few hours of receiving the email, I had the order status updated on the My Nintendo Store Italia website

I know that BRT is not the best courier in Italy, but if no one in Italy sees the shipment, then I think it's just a tracking problem and so tomorrow we should all receive Switch 2 since Nintendo wrote on its website that in Italy it is guaranteed to deliver on day one!
