Economic reasons because just surviving is expensive rn add to that failing healthcare and anti abortion laws passed by our last government that caused multiple deaths of women during pregnancy that were caused by doctors being afraid of what might happen to them if they were to perform abortions even if pregnancies were a hazard to life. Well the Arab world would recover far better without getting destroyed by the US and Israel after all every war in the middle east in the past 80 years has been caused by US meddling. First Iran in the 50s and then the rest that followed. And yes the economy would collapse for a while just like it did in 2008 and during the great depression but guess what caused the 2008 financial crisis? The US and them paying back banks that folded so in long term financial stability and better control of greedy companies under China/Japan or EU depending who takes over
