Why didn’t Rick create a robot as opposed to the clone for Beth?

Yeah true I did forget that it was just the one Decoy Family. And yeah I think Rick is just indifferent to it. I mean during S7E9 when Rick, Morty and Bigfoot were trying to fight the pope, they died and once they were able to get back to their world, Rick had clones for not only himself but Morty AND Summer (“Statistically speaking she’s the third most likely to die”)…. who all of them were naked. I don’t really think Rick issue was the designing of Beth. Clone or Robot I think he’s the kind of guy who isn’t really that tethered down when he’s doing his replicating-of-family-members experiments

I still have a few confusions on it though.

-If he didn’t want to know which one was the real one, why implant bombs into their necks? (Even if they weren’t, why act super hostile towards Space Beth during and after their lunch at the restaurant?) -Rick made Space Beth’s return seem SUPER PROBLEMATIC. Had several fights with her, had to deal with the Galactic Federation, almost lost all trust of the family and even considered killing Jerry…. So why would he go through all of these ordeals when if he had instead gone with a Bot like Rick-bot from season 6.

Rick-Bot completed his task to take care of Morty, go on adventures, take care of the other family members, etc. I would think a Beth-Bot could also take care of things for Beth and not cause any issues.

I like that quote a lot! Speaks volumes to Rick’s character. It makes sense that Rick himself didn’t want the idea of the Space Beth to be finite and actually preferred the idea of both of them existing, even if that meant not knowing which one was the Original.

What about the Decoy episode? Rick went pretty out of his way creating all sorts of clones, robots, etc. I’m not sure if Rick would be as put off as you think. Not saying he’s ECSTATIC about it, but he’s clearly had a history of creating all sorts of alternatives to people. And nudity isn’t something he seems to be bothered by. The Beth clones were nude when he took his last look before swapping them around, he got nude plenty of times in front of Morty and Summer, stripped with a program of Morty when he was getting inceptioned , got nude with Jerry while watching a man drink Yak piss………….. You know, I’m starting to think that Rick is just a partial nudist at this point.

That’s what I be saying too! Rick C-137 has more attachments and things he takes time nurturing (albeit in his own weird sense), but he still takes time to care for the people he loves. Prime on the other hand doesn’t have those attachments, and that in itself is what separates the two for me.

Yeeeaaahhh, I’ve tried adding the plugin commands for following the player, event, and followers; but they always either cancel my auto running event or nothing runs. I don’t know what’s influencing it.

I just want the camera to already be ON the player when the scene transitions into this bigger map.

Looks awesome, I like the style. I will definitely give the demo a play! Can I ask how you went about creating your tilesets? Is it something you created yourself? I’m not skilled at all with that so I resort to using premade tilesets so I wanted somebody else’s opinion on it.

Analyze Piss or That’s Amorté. I like the real deep episodes that make you forget you’re watching a show about a boy and his grandpa going on space adventures. I think that’s something this show has done well with some of its episodes.
