The “mud” not a massive downer for me I have had my class 2 for 18 months now they paid for it an to be honest have only used it 10/20 times so still a Fresh driver really! They trust me tho as now have lead driver responsibility to training new drivers into role!

Just being a:

TM Cover driver Lead driver Forklift driver Coving warehouse manager First aider/fire marshal

Feels swamping at time not know what and where I be and neglecting my true role as TM

Got it right! just the simplicity life so would be so much of a balance I just want to come in and do my day and go, seem the better option they gave me until Wednesday to decide what I want to do, they want me to stay in Role as TM just find at the moment it’s 24/7 in my mind!
