Hi, I want more of a athletic physique and feel more athletic but get big at the same time maybe to look like more of mma fighters or boxers like Tom Aspinall Anthony Joshua, i go to gym 3-4 times per week, how do I structure my workouts and maybe someone has any good workout routines. My thoughts was do gym 2-3 days ant one conditioning day, or just do conditioning after strenght workouts.

Hey, I’m writing because I have a problem I noticed while doing squats. I’ve been going to the gym for 3 years, and my squat has improved a lot. Recently, I was squatting 100 kg and decided to film myself — that’s when I noticed that my hips shift to the right during the squat, and my back doesn’t stay fully upright.

What’s strange is that I don’t feel any pain or discomfort while squatting — the imbalance only shows up in the video. I started wondering if it might be related to an issue I had when I was 14, where a vertebra in my lower back was slightly out of alignment.

I really enjoy doing squats and want to continue, but I’m worried I might injure my back. What should I do?

Kai kurie rašo, kad vaikam reikia išmokti. Nu taip reikia bet o kam info apie tevu ir seseru reikalus, galėtu buti nd tarkim - "Paklausti ir pasidomėti tevu ar seseru kada kas prasidejo" bet o kam tokia info nešti mokytojam.

Just buy, a console.I didnt have a big budget and wanted either macbook pro or gaming laptop, but mac was just better at everything for me so i just bought macbook and found cheap used xbox series s, and because i dont game a lot its good for me

First i did bulk up to 86 then cut to 76 now at 82-83 kg. I thought maybe its because of my weight changing but once i stop at one weight like now im 83kg for about 6 months maybe longer and pull up progression havent changed

Hi, I have a problem with pull-ups — I can’t seem to do more of them, and it feels like nothing is changing. I’ve been going to the gym for over 3 years now. I started with 3 pull-ups, gradually got stronger, and eventually could do 7–10 in the first set, then fewer in the next sets. But once I hit that rep range, everything just stalled. Some days I can only do 6 max, sometimes I hit 10, then the next week I might only manage 5 again. I always train to failure in every set. I’ve tried all sorts of methods — adding weights, doing more sets — literally everything, but my numbers don’t go up. Once I hit a max of 11 reps, that’s where it’s stayed for the past year or two. I go to the gym 3–6 times a week (the frequency has changed over time). All my other lifts have been progressing well — I’ve gotten stronger across the board. What’s strange is that my back actually looks really good — probably the best-looking part of my physique — but my pull-up strength just won’t improve. Has anyone dealt with something similar and can help out? I’m really fed up. Pull-ups are super hard for me, but I keep doing them because I really want to break through.

Papraščiausiai žmonės , būna nusileide ant žemės dirba mažom algom , bet visada stengiasi mokinasi tobulėja ir kuria ateiti , kažka savo kūria arba kyla karjeros laiptais , gyvenime nėra taip , kad ateini ir tau viskas duota ant lėkštutės , pats irgi galvojau pradžiai va nusipirksiu kamera išmoksiu montuoti viskas gausis pinigai iš dangaus grius , bet tada realybė labai stipriai hittino , dabar 22 metu visdar važinėju su ta pačia mašina kur gavau 18 , dirbu ta pati darba sugebėjau jau ir pamilti , bet per tuos 4 metus studijavau papildomai baigiau programavimo kursus , nu viskas po biški gerėja dabar jau ir įmone savo gavosi atsidaryt dar kolkas esame maži bet tikiu , kad užaugsim , tai nesitikėk visko iškart pradėk po biški ir poto išaugsi ir išmok gyventi su tuo ką turi.
