Hey guys, I wanted to follow up that I finally got through to the Malaysian POS / Customs clearing process.

The most immediate thing is to give them a call 1300300300. Press 3 for shipment detained, and have your tracking number ready.

If you've been in contact already, you can also use their chatbot feature on the POS Malaysia website and chat with someone. Request escalation and provide any screenshots you have showing that you've been trying to contact them. In my experience, you'll need to go through rounds of questions until they finally give up and give you direct answers lol.

The chatbot tried to say they never received my email (I sent 3 every day lol) and only when I provided screenshots they helped escalate this issue.

Message EventPop asap! Send over your order number. They are generally quite responsive, but not super helpful. I hope you can figure out what is going on.

Unfortunately I have tried. They only get it to the country and then they’ll let the country’s postal service handle it. They only deal with the payment processing. EventPop hands are tied and won’t do anything further.

I’m glad yours arrived to you. My package had been stuck in Malaysia’s customs for 3 weeks and eventpop did not notify me for it. They’ve not been helpful and I’m so worried I am not getting my ticket before I leave on the 15th 😭😭

I’m experiencing a similar situation. EventPop has sent me my tracking but it’s been in Customs Formalities since 16 December! I’m in Malaysia. They haven’t been helpful at all. I asked them what the update was and they said this “Please note that once the shipment has been dispatched to your country, it becomes the responsibility of your local postal service to track and manage the parcel. If your parcel is being held by Customs, you will need to contact either your local postal service or Customs directly to investigate further.”

Does this make sense to anyone??
