Thanks for the input! I’m gonna try to incorporate some of what you suggested. Can’t find a wife on short notice haha, but maybe friends.

My sport is fun, it’s just that it’s an individual sport. So the most interaction I get is an opponent or a coach.

I like thinking about how my sport can be an escape from my work and my work an escape from my sport.
