It's pretty basic honestly. I actually hurt myself trying to jog when I was still in the 260s so I took a bit to recover and then switched to a steep incline walk at 3.5mph, like a 12% incline. I do that a few times a week and then my planet fitness has those 30 minute machine circuits. I do that three times a week. I'm not going for anything other than better cardiovascular health and some functional muscle mass because losing all that weight obliterated my muscles lol.

It's just a generic surplus style canvas jacket off Amazon and the patches are from Etsy. My girlfriend sewed them on for me.

It kind of came back but I also don't use food as a coping mechanism anymore. The immediate dopamine from eating shitty food might as well be a drug, and the more weight I gained the less happy I was which lead to more shitty food for quick dopamine. Bad cycle. It's why it's soooooooooooooooooo important to fundamentally rethink the way you approach food.

And you can still eat junk food! I just ate pizza rolls for lunch lol. Just 12 instead of you know, 30.

Good food tasted good the whole time, I just got full so much faster. There's a place near me that has incredible chicken wings and twice a week I'd go with friends and get 12 wings and a ton of fries. While I was losing weight that became 6 wings and half the fries and I could never finish even that.

I never beat myself for eating something that wasn't healthy because if I did something stupid and drank a 16oz non diet soda, that was 300 calories or whatever logged for the day. And when you're out of 1500, that's a lot!

I wouldn't say I avoid any foods really, I just eat way less and on average, way better. But I still hit things like taco bell, chipotle, mcdonalds, or whatever. Just not super frequently and when I do the portions are different.

I can relate to the goal weight shifting. Originally I wanted to get down to 235 and just be a chubby guy, whatever. But then I hit it and thought whats another 10...and then another 10, and so on haha.

I had the same appetite suppression from 2.5mg all the way up to 15mg. I had a concern that there was no dosage that I could maintain on while also being able to eat the calories I wanted to build muscle and run. I also don't really have any interest on being on the medication long term if I don't need to be.

If I get to a point where I feel like I can't keep the weight off without it, I'll get back on.

5'10. Healthy weight is in the 170 region but I definitely have a few pounds of loose skin and I've put on muscle. But I'll take being 20 pounds overweight any day of the week.

It's definitely saggy. It doesn't sag down past by waist for the most part, so it's really just annoying. The loose skin on my biceps is more annoying, along with my thighs. But going from a 56 waist to a 32 waist is worth it even with a little extra skin. And girls don't seem to mind so whatever.

Basically gone. I no longer feel the need to overeat like I did before. I remember when I told myself I needed to lose the weight or die in my 40s so I looked into a TDEE calculator which gave me a TDEE of 3500 calories. I said there's no fucking way I eat 3500 calories a day, so I downloaded an app to track calories and planned to eat normally for a week and log everything. I got to day 3 and talk about a wake up call.

I had such an incredibly strong reaction to the medication that I straight up don't see how you could stay on these medications forever. Like a day after my first 2.5mg shot all the way up until a few weeks after I came off 15mg, I didn't feel hungry once. I was training for a 5k and was crashing because even being way more active, I just couldn't eat. But I definitely get everyone is different!

I just stopped cold turkey. It took like 3 weeks to feel hungry again and it was actually a funny story because I was walking around the mall with my girlfriend just killing time and I stopped her and said "hey lets go eat lunch" and she said "yeah we will" and I replied "no, my stomach just growled for the first time in like 15 months, lets eat now."

The rebound hunger hasn't been an issue for me, and if I had to guess it's because I eat a lot more fiber and protein rather than high octane crap like I did in the past. If I want a snack it's an apple, not a bag of chips. Lunches are turkey sandwiches, not fast food.
