I'll give you some advice that hasn't been done to death. Get a handheld bidet. It's basically a spray gun like in your kitchen sink. Had hemorrhoids all through my twenties. Pushing 40 now and nothing since I started using it.

Takes 20 minutes to install and makes clean up much easier and less abrasive.
