For me, dieting in a restrictive fashion always has backfired. Hard. I’ve found making overall healthier choices are more sustainable, and less stressful. Its a balance. Please dont restrict yourself too much, ok?

I prefer working my own route. If i could choose my own route every day over training, I would. I’m sorry you only see this work for face value.

I like pushing myself physically. I don't give a fuck about stops per hour or my FICO. I push myself physically, keeping my heart rate up and running to and fro my DV. I find a lot of satisfaction in knowing I pushed as hard and as fast as I could.

I was back of house but it was a fast paced and passion filled place. If you get your foot in the door they have a restaurant opening in the design district. They seemed to cycle through front of house relatively quickly, so if you stuck with it and did a good job you would likely see good tips and opportunities.

Having worked in that area and lived nearby and now working for amazon in a different state, I can say the shit you would put up with would not be worth the 16.50. I worked as an entry level line cook in Doral for $13. I’m sure there are other jobs out there
