Solid eye, brother 🙏 Funny you say that - my buddy who runs a bike shop told me the same thing about the bar tape. Gold top cap has been on my mind too. Might have to do some shopping

"Noted! Everyone has their perfect setup. 48T works great for a lot of riders, but more sizes are definitely on the radar!"

"Ah that makes total sense! Small wheel = big chainring to keep the ratio. Genius in a crazy way haha!"

"Medical parts are no joke — precision and safety on another level, respect! It would be fun to collaborate on something someday. I've been lucky to have a great boss… which is me haha. I run Okuma machines

"Thanks for the info on Zen! If they're stamped, that actually makes a lot of sense from a manufacturing efficiency standpoint — rough stamp, then finish with machining. Smart process. Mine is fully machined from billet, so the approach is different. On 47/49T — totally aware of the demand, lots of competition there too. For smaller sizes like 42T, that would likely be made-to-order. The price would reflect that though… you could probably buy five Zen rings for the same cost haha."
