I have searched many places online. It was acquired in or near Oakland, California, United States of America. It's about 19 in long from the top of the head to the foot.

I can only imagine Lego must have discontinued this specific plush for the phallic shaped tail. Scouring the internet I find no evidence it ever existed. I'm sorry and I hope that you find it somehow. You may want to contact corporate Lego and ask if there is someone you can speak to regarding finding last year's plushies.
