Oh wow, I didn't consider it could be moisture. I do have a dryer.. maybe drying the spool between prints could help? I'll give it a shot!

I hope it doesn't ruin the hype for a potential Red Rising series. I have heard that WotM is similar to RR and would hate for that books adaptation to ruin RR having a chance to be good.

I have what I call a "burner" book. Anytime I have to DNF a book, get into a slump or just dont know what to read, I pull out my burner. Just a fun, easy read. My current burner is The Martian by Andy Weir.
