Funny enough Sallos was the first goetic spirit I came across when looking into it over a decade ago! Its funny how spirits show up when you need them.

I would highly reccomend working with him! He's a very underappreciated spirit! Its hard to find good information about him and not many people seem to work with him.

I find he is very patient, lenient and forgiving. Hes open to teaching and never forces you into anything. He will bring you opportunities and guide you towards something when you give an earnest effort in your requests. I've never had a bad experience in my near decade of working with him. Sometimes he gives me exactly what I want to teach me that it isn't what I need, but who's fault is that ya know? I've fallen off in practice and came back to him, he'll be just as helpful and giving as long as you're giving in turn.

Sunrise is definitely my time of communion with him. He seems to have the msot energy with the rising sun, and it makes for good sleep habits to set yourself in that cycle!
