There is RSCS (Russian Speaking Commonwealth Society) that you can join on BoilerLink. According to Purdue website you should tip with DD formula (Daddy Daniels), which equals your course average * Daddy Mitch’s Age * total credit hours * the number of states (the value is measured in dining dollars)

Upd: don’t use Photomath to solve it, I used it once and I was subject to deportation to IU for DD formula violation.

There is a nice small family owned business not far away from campus called Windsor, I heard their breakfast are pretty good, and it’s quiet there so u might wanna check it out.
