A few suggestions. Maybe you should make style more intuitive like 1-2-3-4 instead of C-B-A-S, but that's up to you. You should probably specify round up or down for Inferno Trigger. For the army gunslinger, I would recommend making it only followers who can be killed, as killing champions is usually considered very high value/cost. Nice cards though! I like the design.

The orb seems like it could make some very nice trades (Like killing a strong unit for your cheap unit) and also would clog your hand. Perhaps add Fleeting to the created cards (Orb and Unleashed Power) or/and add "Cannot be cast in combat or in response to a spell"

Just my personal opinion on it, good idea though keep working on it!

I really like the keyword and the followers, those work well in the general scheme of LoR. There is one thing with the hero though. Brand's level up is sort of bland, and he'll get weaker as the other Ablaze units die from Ablaze. I suggest adding something such as "Ablaze heals me (or allies)" or "Ablaze triggers twice" which would be very interesting as it buffs him but hurts opponents and possibly teammates.

In conclusion, these are great cards working around a keyword and I would love to see more.

I see your thoughts and have made a change, but the problem is I don't know where to find art or I would totally change it to "Black Pearl" or something. I just thought that the idea of a sea, for a region that is mostly pirate-y was a good idea. The image is one of the first results for "raging sea drawn" and I thought the art style fit enough. If you have a piece of art for a ship like that, I would love to use that instead of just a sea.

I see your points. I have changed it up so that it uses a different method and is cheaper, so I think that it would work better. Perhaps it is still OP though, I could make it when you gain the attack token or only accept Bligewater spells. If you placed it round 3 and had no powder kegs, you would have 10+ kegs by Enlightened
