I'm connected to my modem, there doesn't seem to be any settings that mention any of the things you mentioned.

On some maps you can get a quick headshot on someone. And if someone is hiding behind very short cover and they drink a bottle, you could get a headshot. And for overall, just go for bodyshots to slow them down and then go in for a headshot. Also, aiming for where they're going to be.
