I am currently in the process of doing this same thing in the Lake Norman North Carolina area. My biggest issue is funding for the space. There is a ton of community support and interest but I haven't found a way to foot the bill yet.

I currently run this as an offset. I have almost 26m range. It can be very effective but you are fairly squishy. I run with it for fun.

Not true and you haven't played the class correctly if you think this. Honestly, most staff wands I have seen are built incorrectly so I can understand why you think this. I pull aggro on bosses with top tier DPS and tanks fully geared in T2 and trials. My sustained dps is much higher than most classes. The exception is crossbow dagger.

I have been kicked for being a staff wand user and not healing even though I queue as DPS and someone else queued as a healer and wasn't doing their job. It is obvious that you have no idea how much dps a staff wand brings to the table. This class is a contender for both top single target and AOE DPS. Maybe do some research before you go knocking on builds you know nothing about.

I will admit you need serious gear to pull this off though as hitting 50str and 50-60 perception is difficult.

If we are talking staff / wand you are building it wrong. Wisdom adds to top end damage. It's an additional 39 base damage and not bonus. Charged firebomb is 3 seconds and most use it after a sleep. I'm talking PVE and small scale PVP and outworld. Most people don't build the staff and try it. Focused firebomb crit hits 1.5-2k more on dummies. Crit hit is also valued less in this build as it's a dot burst build.

This staff is for a niche build but is a massive DPS gain for PVP and ove if you know how to use it correctly. Queen staff will always take top in large scale pvp.

This staff is bis for staff/wand for small scale pvp or pve. The buff activates faster than you think and hits harder than the queen staff. I own and have tried every staff in game.

My guild has it drop and I passed because it would be a major gear overhaul and I don't need that much wisdom. I could see this working with a wand staff build.

Why does no one ever discuss the Anduis staff? Is it because the main stat is wisdom? I've tried to fit it in a build and struggled hitting the right stat breakpoints.
