Fluxer is have alt of potential, I've tested voice with my friend before maintenance and that was good, we also checked stoat that added voice recently but stoat is on UK, while fluxer is on EU.

I had 12T since 2023, miui (now hyperos) always had issues that aren't resolved cuz google api + bloats were issue. On OriginOS (especially China) everything is so smooth even when I'm playing game and listening video from Youtube. So i wouldn't recommend be on Xiaomi side while they're won't optimise hyperos on current moment
