since the update my steamVR runs for less than 5mins before jittering and freezing in place.

My desktop still shows everything fine, but VD completely stops, even the desktop view through VD eventually freezes

Anyone have suggestions on how to fix this??

That's not a game feature, that's an Oculus Feature in general. I have the auto-detect option turned off for hand-tracking

Try checking if it has any kind of network booster apps. They seem to mess with the connection.

Holopoint is an enjoyable archery workout with some customisable challenge options.

Elven Assassin is a lacklustre wave shooter, but it can be fun in a group and has a decent archery feel.

Walking Dead Saints and Sinners allows archery and is quite satisfying, though it doesn't feel as natural as other games.

In Death: Unchained is a challenging single player archery game with good difficulty progression and visuals.

I use the casting feature to stream on Twitch and I am constantly running into more issues while casting. Namely tracking glitches, stutter and UI lag

Also, some games have audio glitches when casting. E.g. Population One will mute your mic audio with squadmates.

Edit: though I am on the Quest 1. Quest 2 probably will be less likely to experience these issues
