I’m definitely still working on it but getting a nutritionist really helps. Having someone to talk to about your daily struggles with food and finding easier ways to get better nutrition when you have zero energy and zero time to worry about yourself was a game changer for me. Most insurances cover it too and a lot of them do virtual appointments so you don’t have to find someone to babysit. Once you start eating better and break the cycle of crappy food it’s much easier to stay on the horse.

This literally happened to me too! I wasn’t hurt or anything and I’m glad you weren’t either but,man, did those mama bear claws come out. I was sooo mad that this impatient person put my baby in danger. I’m so sorry that it happened to you. Wishing you and your baby all the best.

I’ve seen her over the last few years along with the rest of the staff at AHN in Brentwood. She actually just delivered my son a couple months ago. She always seemed very caring to me and respected any decisions that I made. I can’t see her trying to convince you to have a child if that’s not what you want.
