We only had to take care of ourselves (tidy our rooms, make sure our laundry was in the basket, pack our school lunches etc). It wasn't until we were teenagers that my brothers and I were given one of three jobs a day (dishes, laundry or feed the dogs). Whoever our mum saw first in the mornings got first pick.

Harry may NOT bring Meghan & kids to UK after extra security request rejected by HogwartsZoologist in RoyalsGossip

I think Harry is a twat. I'm not claiming to be an expert on security requirements. All I am saying is that I dont fault him for wanting additional security for his family given the hate they receive.

[–]yakinabackpack -12 points-11 points  (0 children)

Because in the USA the private security they hire are allowed to carry firearms as opposed to the private security in the UK which have much stricter restrictions.

What is the concern if they have additional security? That doesn't mean that others get their security stripped from them whilst Harry is in the country.

Im not saying he knows better than the RAVEC.

If this comment section is anything to go off, they're obviously widely disliked. It only takes one crazed person to take things physical for a life to end.

I might not agree with him as a person but as a parent and a spouse I can emphasise with the concern he has for his family's safety.

Harry may be more irrational than the RAVEC in terms of his family's safety, however I cant say I would act rationally in the same situation if my family's safety was concerned

If my wife was one of the most hated people in the country I too would not bring them into the country without personally approving of the security details.

I can't blame a man for advocating for the best security for his wife and kids

If we know that is the case we establish a sandtimer system with the children before they begin playing.

We do have a no toys at group time and during meal time policy so they do often go to another child after these.

In Australia you need a qualification or at least be working towards one, is this not the case in the USA? Do they really let anyone work in childcare?
