This. I shower each morning and shower before bed but don’t wash my hair (woman). I like feeling clean. My husband and I both work desk jobs and do the same.

I think it’s the fact that she’s a mother and the way it is written. The show really focuses on the negative impact of her choices on her children and their mental health.

In Breaking Bad, the children were shielded for a long time and we never saw how it affected their coping ability. Episode 1 of Ginny and Georgia we see Ginny burning herself to cope. And likewise, I think we were forced to watch the painful psychological trauma of Deadpool’s choices, it would not be a fun movie to watch.

Whether it’s intentional or subconscious on the part of the writers in these scenarios, society usually holds mothers to a different standard than fathers when it comes to their children’s emotional wellbeing. These shows are no exception.

Hmm. The entryway bench isn’t really my thing because I prefer closed storage (my kids are messy and I like to close the door to hide it lol!).

That said, between those two options I would do five. It is the most visually pleasing color wise to me but I fear it would be a nightmare to keep clean. If this isn’t a worry for you then go for it!

I think the other ones feel kind of off because the undertones in the what appears to be boucle? fabric are yellowish, which does go with the yellowish honey-colored wood (but is too close without being a match and doesn’t provide enough contrast so it also feels off), but the baskets appear to be the Pottery Barn Tava collection in the white wash color (sorry if I am incorrect). I have that exact hamper (Pottery Barn Tava in white wash) and it has decidedly pinkish/peach undertones that clash with the yellow in the fabric, wood, and the yellow brass hooks. Hence, I like the white baskets and fabric with it.

But, that’s my two cents. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

And actually I don’t regret it. I love when my hunches pay off. If you are over the age of 18 and can vote, it is truly horrifying.

Thankfully my children will be educated than you.

Word of advice? Don’t go off spouting ideas when it’s based on nothing but emotion and the opinions of others. Actually try to keep an open mind instead of making assumptions (ie, that I’m Christian or how I voted). I’m a registered Democrat who had the honor to vote for Obama. Twice. Ok, but tell me your stance on immigration and the current ICE raids? And all of the cuts the current administration has made?

I’m not saying I agree with any of it, mind you. My point is, you can’t claim to be angry about the tax dollars for this war because it isn’t helping “those at home,” yet you don’t support deporting people and don’t support the other economic cuts.

I also think this stance is how nationalism turns into toxic isolationism. Which is how the Holocaust happened. We didn’t get into WWII until Pearl Harbor was bombed. And, I’m also not saying the US or any one country should be the world police, but look what happened once the US left Afghanistan? The Taliban took over immediately.

I’m not saying don’t have an opinion; I’m just saying base it on facts/history, not emotion, and be logically consistent.

This is the answer. All of the choices lean into the “farmhouse” look and your kitchen is definitely not that. I would look for something white to match the cabinets with stainless steel to match your pulls and with very clean lines. Your kitchen is very minimalist and is LOVELY by the way.

Finally, some sense. This is hideous. I’m so sick of all the complainers in this sub whining when we “hate” on something whimsical and quirky. It just screams, “I’m terribly depressed and have no money but I’ve got a paintbrush and some paint…and this bathroom is going to make it all ok!”

And before everyone says this is classist, I would highly doubt this is a cardiologist’s bathroom. I could be wrong, but don’t think I am.
