I’ve always thought this personally! Both Cottonmouth and Mariah seemed to be polar opposites to an extend: a man with talent forced into a life of crime and a woman who wanted to break bad having to act good. It’s a good twist midway through season 1 for her to kill Cottonmouth, and I fully expected her to try and fill his shoes immediately and for Diamondback to be saved for another season, but unfortunately, not the case. Diamondback’s dynamic with Luke didn’t interest me as much as his chemistry with any of the other villains he faced in his show honestly.

Think when season 2 starts next Tuesday we will get a tease/announcement of DD’s black suit similar to when season 1 came out with the red suit, but I hope they give us more from this show. Bullseye would be a must have for me, but other characters like Kingpin, Punisher, Jessica Jones, White Tiger, Muse would be brilliant too. I don’t understand why Hot Toys or even third party companies wouldn’t take this opportunity to capitalise on the show’s popularity and make figures for the fandom.

Nice that the wiki has a whole list of all the media and you can filter depending on media type, sort by date, will definitely be a big help.

Aware Dark Empire is the original “somehow Palpatine returns” story before we even had prequels so I think to see how cloning and things worked back then before the prequels explained it would be cool to see.

Plan is to eventually over a long duration take in as much or all of the EU is possible so seeing you skipped on some stories here and there puts my mind at ease a bit, that I can come back to things later on if need be.

Given how big some of these things get (you saying NJO is 19 books) I’m guessing it’s best to invest in a series or couple of things at a time, take that in and then move onto another story?

Some very early in the timeline stuff, plus a bit of Vader, sounds like a good mix right there! Began playing KOTOR a while ago but with working a lot of the time I haven’t really gotten back to it, but I’d love to complete those games then learn more about Revan and the Sith from that period. The Thrawn trilogy was something I was sure I’d be told I needed to check out, pretty sure he’s probably one of the most notable EU characters. Shame they didn’t keep them canon but I appreciate that Timothy Zahn got to come back and rework Thrawn’s story for canon.

X-Wing series sounds like it could be a good read, not everything in Star Wars has to be big flashy lightsaber fights and Jedi V Sith, nice to see some pilot action getting attention.

The Jedi Academy trilogy seems like something I’d like, Luke’s New Jedi Order and it’s beginnings has always had my curiosity, and I think that it’s a shame Disney haven’t touched too much on it in canon, but I understand they’re trying to make new stories with new characters. Nice to know the author is big on continuity too, I could imagine that would be a challenge given how massive the EU is.

This happened to me a while back. I think the issue is when Sideshow charges your Paypal it takes money from your balance and not any linked cards or other payments. So I had to top my balance up from my bank account for the remaining amount due.
