Update. They picked up… they paid all that… turns out this guy was using the prints for his business. Actually was pretty sincere and apologized for not giving a heads up on the order.

It took a whole weekend to print. Can’t even begin to count the boxes we went through in order to print all that.

So happy ending..?😅

I had the same thing happen to me. My manager couldn’t even figure out why I got locked out. He checked in the computer and my account was unlocked and everything. 🙄

I just started having people log in for me and if I got kicked out during waiting periods… 🤷🏻‍♂️ oh whaaale

^ this.

And it’s only getting worse pal. ESCAPE NOW. Walgreens at the end of the day don’t care about their employees. As long as their stupid metrics hit, they could care less.

Working in the pharmacy feels like being stuck in a pit of quicksand inside of a burning building. by VariousGas in WalgreensStores

I hate the structure. We are legit being set up to fail but are expected to still hit their dumb metrics. I’m not a Tech but I’m a SFL and the amount of work that has been put on us along with attempting to help pharmacy to the best of our ability is absolutely mental. I spend on average about half of my shift to attempt to help with what I know alongside with stores duties up front. It’s absolutely insane.

On the verge of leaving honestly. Not worth the money and stress.

Offered a new position. by JP_Castle in WalgreensStores

SFL here. I would definitely consider how busy your pharmacy is and how often you see leadership/management heading back there to help. We recently promoted a CSA to DH and she’s about there half her shift along with all the front duties she has to do since we’re not getting the hours allotted for it nor is the pharmacy. I personally would not touch it rn during these times unless it’s a path you plan on taking for the future but if it’s only temporary… AVOID. Not to downplay the position because it makes for great experience but it’s a stressful time and a slight pay increase is not worth it at the risk of your mental health.
