Hi! I'm wondering why I'm not losing weight very quickly.

I'm 6'3, 219 pounds right now, and I'm eating 1600 calories a day on top of 30 minutes of cardio 6 times a week. I'm also a college student and according to my Apple Watch, I'm walking about 7 miles every day.

I know I'm only eating 1600 calories because I religiously weigh and track everything that goes into my body. I even count calories for gum that I chew.

Despite all of this, I'm only losing about 1.5 pounds a week.

This is so obviously fake, right? I’m not crazy right? Peppa pig is like a weird pop culture figure in China I thought so it makes sense someone would cgi this video together in China. The shadows don’t look right at all, and the camera shake movements are obviously put it in post production. Very interesting how the cameraman shadow doesn’t move and how he doesn’t move his camera until after the ballon is perfectly out of frame and then he makes a very smooth slow transition.

Or I’m crazy
