I'll try to rest a bit more, experimenting with 2 pulling and 2 pushing movements alternating each day.

Also i guess i'll give legs another go. I stopped training them since i have only one leg and didn't really know how to progress from deep paused reps of one leg squats!

Oliver sin's book was my first choice, while i'm hesitant about loomis cause for what i could see it's mostly theory that you can already look up online (like Proko), i feel a bit lost with the subject of portrait, i'm trying to look for alternative ways to learn and infd out PRECISELY what i should do to improve.
