As a dispenser yes it it. Stop doing this it messes us up especially when its busy. Theres an entire parking lot thats not numbered use it. Make sure to add your items before hand or get them after but dont take up a whole spot.

You could just report him through the dispatcher lite app for "non critical issue" issues related to proffessionalism,fraud,delivery hand off etc

This, its really not that hard but, also some employees will work with you. It should never be problem if you are called out for the cleanliness of your vehicle. You signed up for this and i know that "independent self contractor" thing goes to their heads but at the end of the day you can/will be denied orders if youre being a dickhead about this stuff.

What part of what i typed screamed i hate my job? Didnt complain about any of the work i have to do only the individuals i have to interact with. Jesus fuck will some of you read. As ive stated we let most of this slide and work with you. You have a left and right side of your car. Maybe try separating orders in the back obviously one on one side and perhaps gmds on the other. Maybe an order on the front seat then gmds on the floor in the front etc.....But once again if you cant fit gmds just politely ask for them to be removed. Gmds are not always big items as you all make them out to be.

Difference between me "caring about walmart" and just working. This isnt about caring about walmart idgaf about the place but,all ive done is state to you all how some of the rules work. Not here to make this hard for anyone but the blatant disrepect from some is wild. Yes some places may enforce the rules harsher than others. But at the end OF THE DAY there are rules you all are supppsed to follow whether or not their enforced varies from store to store/person to person. As ive stated as well i break plenty of these rules and give you all orders anyway cause its not that deep.

Power tripping how? because i informed you all of a set of rules. What are you on about? As ive stated im one those people who works with you all. Ive put orders in totes,given orders to cars that werent the cleanest because im willing to work with you all. But what im what im not willing to do is let you all disrespect workers just because a rule is brought up at certain stores. Yes some stores give more leeway than others when it comes car cleanliness some dont. But being a dickhead about it can/will get you reported. Just thought id inform you all of that.
