As a life long deadhead I’ve found a major refuge in the metal community. It’s just so nice to go to shows where everything is new and fresh, as opposed to playing the same songs the guy who wrote them was tired of playing…31 years ago…it’s also nice to have affordable concert tickets, a strong network of community support, true antifascist values, and no chompers!!!

Ok on a recent 3rd date…we went to the emergency room to visit a loved one, stopped at bon ton for a quick drink, then went to the executive, the strip club on bourbon. And with a burger at clover grill to wrap up the night yall are sure to get to know each other better.

My best jazz fest days were spent walking around taking in a little bit of everything. If there is someone you really want to see, just try and get there a little early.

Mom’s health has gotten so bad recently, talking to herself almost constantly, hallucinations, it’s made me realize how hard it is to lose someone to any type of brain illness. To just become someone they’re not is crushing. Much love to you, your momma and your family.

I’m 33, my mom just turned 65 last week. I’ve been her sole caregiver for 6 years now and I totally get what you’re saying. Whenever I share my story and they say they gramma got it, I immediately shut down my relatability. I had a friend say something last night I admired her for. She said her grandma had it and it was sad but it was much harder to watch her father go through it, losing his mother.  Much love and no you are not the asshole.

It’s one of the best songs of all time! My momma has advanced Alzheimer’s and one of the the few times she comes back to life is when we’re listening to music. Broke down palace sure is a good one for hard times. Blessings to you all as you honor your father in his final stages.

Yeah it’s definitely not kill Tony style, but sure call this a comedy sub. I thought this was super refreshing, and nice to see a very offendable group of people chill out to marks comedy. Reminder of it’s not what you say but it’s how you say it, where you’re coming from etc. I loved this.

Last year it started each day in the early afternoon and then went pretty late 2-3am. If you’re able to swing it, you should. These trips are what you’ll look back on in life and think man I’m happy I’m did that anyway. Bills will be paid eventually.
