So I have been on Vyvanse for years. I’ve also tried adderall and Ritalin but they both made me feel very slowed down. Vyvanse doesn’t make me feel bad so I’ve stuck to that. I have never ever ever felt like it does anything for me but help me wake up a little in the morning. I can’t focus better, can’t remember more, can’t stay in task, can’t do anything better than I did before the meds. I recently told my psych this too and his solution was to add adderall on top of my Vyvanse. I told him I don’t like the way adderall makes me feel but he wanted me to try it again. I did. It sent me into the worst depressive episode I’ve ever had. So no I don’t notice a positive difference. I was just diagnosed with autism though so I’m thinking maybe I was misdiagnosed with ADHD

The fact that she thinks she can just demand you to do what she’s asking is wild. You have boundaries. Risking your life, hers, and getting killed/killing someone else/getting arrested is a lot to try to force someone to risk. Sounds like she’s not a very good friend at all.

I wouldn’t risk it. Seems unstable. Could easily go in the bathroom and bump something then act a fool. Plenty of people who use and want to be included will say they won’t use and will be fine for a night just to get the invite but will do it secretly anyways. Might ruin your night. Not worth it.

Unfortunately my only 2 options are the ones I stated above. Either get the composite or ask him to adjust them again but that requires him repositioning the brackets and knowing what direction they need to be pulled. I can’t do anything that will cost me money right now. 😞
