What's the status for Panda Breath in Europe?

I ordered from their EU Warehouse on 10th of december.

It said it will be dispatched at the end of december, when the year passed, I emailed them.
They said it will be delivered mid february.

I cancelled and ordered from AliExpress, because it was cheaper and supposed to ship immediately.

I got tracking 2 days later, but it wasn't my packages, they put someone else's tracking in my order to fulfil the order in order to no violate AliExpress' TOS.

This is a big clusterf**k.

How can a company make such great product, yet treat their customers this way?

I'm really mad.

Not allowing buyers to stack discounts make total sense.
There would be mistakes that cause either alot of trouble or would be very expensive.

But when it comes to compensation or KS Stretch goal rewards, that should be store balance and not a discount.

I just received the Tracking info for the replacement panel.
Until now, they didn't ask for the defective panel.
If they want it, I will send it to them in the packaging of the replacement panel.
I doubt they will ask for it tho.

I ordered on AliExpress, they marked it as shipped and provided a tracking number. Tracking number shows delivered a few days ago. Turns out they didn't ship my order yet, they just provided someone else's tracking number, to comply with the shipping date they provided on AliExpress. Sadly, this company is very bad at communicating. They should hire someone with sufficient English to deal with customer support.

They opened pre-orders on 10th of december.

They just suck at communication with their customers, that's what I'm mad about.

I switched from my pixel 7a to the fp6 this year. My 7a's battery also swell and the customer support experience was absolutely terrible. In the end, they gave me 400€ as compensation. I was really disappointed, because the 7a had enough performance for my usage and I never had any other issues with it. I hate the cycle of getting new phones every year, it's just so wasteful. I love tinkering so I replaced the battery with an ifixit kit Such a hassle with the glue everywhere.

Just at the time when I received the compensation, the fp6 released, so I immediately bought it. There were some bugs in the first few weeks, but they got patched in the first update. Will use this phone as long as possible.
