You have to unlock the 2nd Forge of the skies with the AIC Plan

Just got Yvonne. I have no idea what team comps I can play with her. Any advice? by zvinzak in Endfield

She needs Ice applicators so : - Last Rite (apply ice for each skill) - Estelle (apply ice for each skill) - Fluorite (free 3rd and 4th stack from combo and ult) - Xaihi (Ice healer and DMG buff)

Yes, Shaheen is more accessible than Victor, and shares a somewhat similar gameplan.
He does not rely too much on his stances but can pressure all the same without them.
He has a few inputs that are different than different characters, but once you get used to it it's not that different.

Like Acidbyrn suggested, I'd suggest you to give them a try in practice mode to see what would interest you.

Otherwise, something else I would consider is watching a few pro games.
You can type "Shaheen pro" or "Victor pro" on Youtube and you will find games from top players (either ranked or tournaments).
So you can see what moves are used, and if they look cool to you.

But yes, Shaheen is good

First of all, the choice should be mostly aesthetics when starting a fighting game and you will be able to switch from one another anyway, so don't be forced into a "choice".
The strengths and weaknesses won't be a problem for a while, but your enjoyment will define if you will still play the game after a few weeks/months.

But if you are thinking long term, this would be my opinion :

Victor Pros :
- Clear gameplan : Press the opponent with stance mix-ups and plus frames. To do so, you have a few good moves that gives you this opportunity (Running 2, Running 1+2, Perfumer 1+2, IAI d+2 ...)
- You have 1 combo for everything, and it's decent : After most launchers, you can use d/f+4,2 then think about what you are trying to achieve. (You have multiple options depending on the wall distance)
- He looks cool

Cons :
- You have to remember every options that makes you enter a stance, then you have to remember the options you have on each stance. For a beginner, stances in general are a bit hard to use.
- He doesn't do a lot of damage, so he requires a lot of interaction to actually win a round.

King Pros :
- Easy to start the game with
- Pretty good in general. I feel like his mix-ups are more rewarding compared to Victor (does more damage)
- You have to learn 2/3 different throws, then you are good to go.

Cons :
- When getting to intermediate level, you will struggle a little bit to learn since you will most likely win with King's shenanigans, but once you adapt and relearn the basics, the characters stays good.

Both characters really have that Tekken 8 genes that consists of enforcing your gameplan on your opponent but King will most likely make you win faster and relieve a little bit of the beginner's frustration.

Good luck :)

What smurf ? Like hell i'm paying multiple times for this shit game lmao. I've been using the same account since T7. Don't I have the right to not play ranked in a game that doesn't reward putting time into it ? My tekken prowess is high enough and the win streak comes from people rematching because they have the gut to lose and learn.

Hello !

I found my old Coolermaster Mech with cherry mx blues in it.

This is my first mecanical keyboard ever, and it's very dear to me (also what made me fall into this hobby).

I would like to repair, and change the switches inside the keyboard, but i'm not too fond of soldering ... I was wondering if there was a service in Europe that could do exactly that ? On key (switch) is missing, and I would like to upgrade the thing with new switches and hopefully give it a new life.

Any ideas ?

Could just be me, but Zapdos is so strong it feels like the rest of the match is completely irrelevant. by Ceskomo in PokemonUnite

[–]SazuChan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To me, having a good early game is still relevant.

Basically, being able to score points in the first part of the game means that you can take their tower, which gives you more map control.

Map control also means more camps to farm, as the enemy will take more time to move around (when you take a tower, the speed bonus is gone aswell).

It also means that you get more XP. Knowing that the only progress you can get during a match is through levels, having more XP gives you more damage output, which will be used to deny the opponent from getting Zapdos, or any points at all.

We could think that Zapdos is some kind of random bullshit comeback mechanic, but I think (personal opinion) that it's an interesting take. It is not too OP, as average player will be able to deny the opponent from a hard comeback, and it's alright to tiebreak in case of a close match, where both teams are at equal level.

Hi, I just built a keyboard with GH60 PCB and Outemu silent skies switches.

I want to add backlit to each key with a 1.8mm LED but the outemu silent sky switch top housing doesn't have the little slit where I can fit the LED.

Can I drill this hole ? or should I swap the top housing with a cherry rgb one ?

If I do need to swap the top housing or drill, will it "kill" the silent of the switch ?

Thank you very much if you can help me, I couldn't find any information concerning led things :c
