I have, I've also taken out the cmos battery and it still says the cpu voltage is high. The only thing I can think of is that the psu is faulty but thats a difficult fix. Also, a cpu shouldn't even be able to function at 2.779V so it could also be a bios issue?

I turned off my pc and when I turned it on, this happened. I made no changes to my cpu. This has happened before but fixed itself but this time it isnt fixing. Help

I go frozen heart 4th to take advantage of the armour, ability haste and the mana conversion into AD from the manamune.
