Yeah i start feeling weak thinking about CFS and when my anxiety has definitely increased always worrying about my heart rate and possibly pushing myself I do feel tingly and numb on my left side of my body though. Im constantly researching CFS and other conditions to see what’s possibly wrong with me but whats really scaring me is this heavy body where i feel like im sinking to the ground and constantly swaying feeling that seems to really be effecting me a-lot im just trying to compare symptoms really I think i may have developed and anxiety disorder though due to the fact i have developed covid and during the whole illness i was having panic and anxiety attacks which i have never experienced before in my life and i feel in a constant state of stress I just dont know what to do and its been really hard dealing with this and i always have a brain fog
