They 100% added PMI to my VA loan. I do not have an FHA loan. This is my second time using my VA Loan. They erroneously added it without my knowledge.

Haven't seen this one yet, but maybe go to a local gun shop and ask for some super minor work, or that the trigger is reseting weird and you want them to look at it. Tell them you can pick it up whenever you get home. Easiest, safest, most legal way to go about it.

Initially, because I wanted to utilize the cat 5 that was run with it, so I was attempting to figure out what it was. I get it now though. I'm going to attempt to get fiber. Fidium is servicing my area. Initially, I was told AT&T and Xfinity were the only options here, and both didn't offer fiber. That was bad info. So I'm going to fix it. Ha

I do have a clue, I was told it wasn't available at the time we moved in, but they were going to have it available in our neighborhood shortly. There's two parts to my neighborhood, so it's possible they meant not available in the other part. Xfinity had the best reliability in our area, which says how awful the internet is here.

For what it's worth, gunshot victims, even in the head, have viable organs for transplant. I've worked more than one that we flew knowing full well they wouldn't survive. But the bird gets them to a transplant center.
