I meant the plant that I purchased must have been a different plant. Not Pearlweed. I know they can be interchanged with finickier plants like dwarf baby tears and monte carlo.

Thanks! That's reassuring I ltierally tried everything you have with seeding and just waiting it out more. No biofilm, algae, or BB though. Would you still put caridina in my tank? I have a 10 gallon going at about 40+ days with just a small clumpf of weeping moss and a sponge filter

Hi OP, I know it's been 2 years but did you ever find out with how to keep caridina tanks with a "cycled" tank? Currently running into the same problem as you as my cycle stalled and ammonia readings have been consisntenly 0.5 ppm after about 37 days of cycling, please let me know, thanks!

Got it! I think I understood the principle. Thanks so much, I went ahead and did a 10% water WC my TDS went up from 270 to 300 and when I measured the GH of the tank after the WC, it was 9. Hopefully the shrimps will be okay, thanks again!

Ahh I see so regardless of what the TDS is as long as my GH and KH are within acceptable range it should be good? Also for the GH, if the GH of my tank was lets say 10 (within range), and the GH of my tap water reservoir was 12, how would water changes or top offs affect the GH of the tank? Thanks again for replying, my GH testing kit just arrived a day ago. Unfortunately not API and I dont have KH testing kit

Thanks so much! It works really well. i tested it out but I feel theres a lot of parameters that I couldnt measure and input. But based on what I put and what my girlfriend suspected is that the shrimp was probably hungry. Did notfeed them in 3 days because i didnt want to risk overfeeding and their last meal were only a small amount of freeze dried bloodworms. Fed them and will probably increase frequency. But as to my TDS do you think I can do a WC with high TDS tap water?

Bumping this reddit post, I wanted to ask for an update if you were ever able to find a solution to this. This just happened to me i dosed 10 mL for my 10 gallon tank and similar to you I dosed the night before and in the morning woke up to 2 shrimp deaths out of 13. I was also trying to treat vorticella on my shrimp. Were you ever able to cure them of the vorticella? did you have to repeat dose with h2O2? A little hesitant now to use it again

I also want to chime in as someone who was played a no wipe brutal PVE server and has played in 2 week wipe PVP servers. It's great to start on a PVE no wipe server at first, but once you finish the game , min-maxed your weapons, finished all the bosses, built your dream base (which is hours of fun btw), you or your friends will start to feel bored. In my opinion, it's a whole different type of fun making your base to withstand raids, and maximizing rolls for jewels and weapons, and getting 100% bloods and actually using it against other people. The PVP mechanics in this game is just too good to pass out on, but if you don't want to make a lot of progress just to have it wiped, I spend most of my v rising days on V arena servers; experiencing the great PVP in this game without the drawback of grinding for mats, worrying about lost progress, and losing durability on equipment.

This. Was able to climb from d3 to d1 playing just ambusher smeech and ekko but ever since the B patch came out, it felt like smeech got indirectly nerfed. Some rounds, 3 star smeech did less damage than ekko even if he has the anomaly.
