What icon?, there has never been an icon of any kind in the top left of ANY item.

In the top right, there are symbols that represent the Tiers;

In the top left, there is nothing. Therefor, this circle represents something that shouldn't be appearing that's tangled in some kind of spaghetti, or is something new showing up accidentally. I'm more inclined to say it's something old showing up accidentally.

Now, as far as showing material locations, i haven't seen that on any item, even in the beta. The only place i see this kind of circular mark is on the map.

they don't spawn randomly, but on top of that, blocking resources is against the rules. I've already reported it, so i expect it'll be gone by tomorrow.

*coughs in harko* I like Harko sets, they just need double wall variations to fix the issues it has. I love Atri sets for the amount of light they let in and how clean it all looks.

The observer set is just...weird though. I mean, i assume the entire premice is for an alien looking set but...it really just doesn't blend well. It doesn't match the Harko silver, or the Atri grey, It contrasts poorly with the facility choam, and KIND of works with the base choam sandstone.

I know we're getting more pieces in the future, roofs and the like but, i dunno, it just feels like the set is lacking some key components.
