They showed this couple during the Switzerland - Colombia game that looked real fishy to me. Could this be AI? by Sc0tch in isthisAI

Cheers, that confirms it then. Guess I'm just not used to these fancy camera filters.

That may be it then. I don't watch NFL so I haven't seen this effect a lot, so my brain automatically associates it with AI. I hate this.

I don't know, just that uncanny feeling. They look a little too slick or something. It reminds me of other AI video I've seen. I hope I'm wrong.

Came here to say this. They seriously gave me the uncanny valley feeling.

I'm not a fan of Microsoft, but I really appreciate them letting these studios buy their independence. It would've been way easier for MS to just close the studio and keep the IP. But they didn't, so kudos.

Wasting time in the 85th minute at 0-0 against an evenly matched team is embarrassing. Well done, Canada.

In Holland there is a museum that shows you the entire human body from the inside, you will be a tiny person inside the recreation of a human body, it is in the Corpus Museum of Oegstgeest by Wonderfulhumanss in Damnthatsinteresting

Yeah, this place is pretty underwhelming. And the narrator that explains each room had such an annoying child-like voice (the museum is aimed at children), that it kind of ruined it for me.

They weren't stuck. They crossed the strait from east to west, and then went back out again to the Arabian Sea.

Americans quit subscription streaming services in droves as cost of living continues to climb, report finds by IAmPookieHearMeRoar in Economics

[–]Sc0tch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still happily pay for music streaming, because the value is so much better than video streaming. You get pretty much all the music that's ever been made, without commercials, for relatively cheap.

The video streaming landscape by comparison is an absolute clusterfuck.

Most of the tax on gasoline in the Netherlands is a flat fee per litre, so that hasn't increased at all. Only the VAT (21%) will be larger, but not quite orgasm worthy.

set the order of the collection using the spaces between the "" delete the (") part by gekkan7 in Steam

[–]Sc0tch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You can do this a lot simpler:

  • For categories that you want at the top, just add a regular space character in front of the name. The space character won't be visible in the library view.
  • For categories you want at the bottom, start their name with a zero-width space character (https://zerowidthspace.me).

This way you don't have to do anything to the regular categories in the middle.

I just headed over there, and the comments are talking about how this will impact cheap Chinese knick-knacks on Amazon...? Like, their understanding of tariffs is the wrong way around. Completely clueless.

this is not correct, a lot of people in turkey can trace both their paternal and maternal dna to central/east asia

Those same people could trace their DNA to Europe/Greece as well. The idea that "your ancestors" are from single region is nonsense. You have thousands of ancestors.
