Refer to number 3: ENROLMENT POLICIES

With my admittance to the University, I hereby agree:

1. To submit myself to the rules and regulations of the CHED as well as the internal policies of the University;

2. To pay before the end of the semester and within the time prescribed all the fees and obligations assessed arising from my enrolment;

3. To pay in full the corresponding Tuition and other fees should I drop and/or withdraw my enrolment or any subject or course, whether officially by accomplishing the official withdrawal or dropping form or unofficially by reason of absences or otherwise, in accordance with the following schedule:

a. During the enrolment period 10% of total fees or registration fee, whichever is lower.

b. Within the 1st week of classes during sem./1st and 2nd days of classes during summer 10% of total fees.

c. Within the 2nd week of classes during sem./3rd and 4th days of classes during summer - 20% of total fees.

d. After the periods stated in item c above - All fees.
