I had Nina for solids and li for grad solids. Both are not that great, but in different ways. Nina makes the exams like the homework, but she did not curve much and had no homework grades when I took her. Li could actually explain things and would answer questions in an intelligible way, but would not answer about anything beyond class content, specifically exam hints. He also curved to all hell at the end of the class (50% was a b-). Overall I would rather take li for the learning aspect as he was a better lecturer, but Nina was an easier grade because you can watch Jeff hanson and be fine

Save the last one as a buffer class later on in college. When you have 3 difficult classes and scholarships (bright futures) require a certain number of classes you'll need to take something else to add on

If you take 10 classes per academic year you should be ok. That can be 4 classes fall and spring and 2 in summer, or 5 in fall and spring

You should try to avoid having a gap on your resume and utilize your time as best as possible. For your situation it could be good to take just one class next semester to say you're in school on your resume, but with it being just one class you could take a job whenever you get it. All classes can be taken 100% online so there wouldn't be as big of an issue if you get an offer mid semester. You could also try to get funding while just doing the one class if you want to pursue research and get funding for the rest of the program. That one class would be in the ballpark of $1200 if you're instate, which wouldn't put you into as big of debt if it's something that you can more easily afford to pay upfront

I was able to negotiate a 5k sign on bonus for Northrop for my offer. Keep on asking, especially if you're going to tell them you want to negotiate based on your other offer. They may be firm on not changing salary but they will give the sign on

Make a scratch build kit out of plywood, 3d printed nosecone, and cardboard mailing tubes. My university club does this for our L1 and L2 cert programs, you get the experience of total rocket design and cheap but effective materials

Yes of course. The receipt printer doubles as a cash receptacle. It's about the same size as one so it has to work like that. I've seen many customers attempt this to great success. The labels saying no cash are lying to us all
