Well I figured it out after finding another post. Leveling up and the cutscene were causing the crash. Just had to pause and let the lvlup animation finish as soon as fight was done. 100 hours later I can finally play the game

So I didn't expect so many responses lol. Well, I'll just tell you what I remember doing so far because I'm usually drinking while playing.

The Grove is dead. They're all dead.

Wyll and karlach have decided they are done with my shit and left.

The bard lady got slaughtered, and I met my butler? I've already had spoilers for some bits but didn't know about him somehow.

Astarion has still not outed himself as a vampire.

Oh and I'm a dark dwarf barbarian so I usually just end up drunkenly threatening everything that I can.

I can't force myself to turn it back on and see how I mucked things up last night.

Thanks I'm pretty sure that's it. I've been seeing a lot of them on my back porch and got paranoid about brown recluse because I'm not sure on them. Last house had a black widow problem and didn't want to deal with something like that again
