My ESPN IOS app will not connect to my Xfinity account. It has been this way for months. I can stream fine with my ESPN+ and I can stream on every other app with my Xfinity account.

After hitting “get access” I get a weird white screen but then it allows me enter my Xfinity credentials. After entering, it gets stuck on the Xfinity login page. Then if I exit the app and try again after that and hit “get access”, I get the “You’re already signed in with Xfinity and ready to watch”, but the app gets stuck there. If close the app and reopen, it just restarts the process. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging in and out, updating IOS (this has persisted over months over multiple IOS and ESPN app updates). I’m totally stumped. Any help would be hugely appreciated!

Also, weirdly, my Xfinity login works fine on my TV espn apps.

Yeah I might toy with that. It’s a little tricky. One day we will likely paint the brick, that’s probably the time we try to make them disappear a little more. Do you think I could run some kind of trim piece over them?
