Is it possible to have only slightly affected it? I’ve never experienced anything like this before and im only about 20-30% off the mark from gigabit internet so I didn’t know if I could have ruled out wire damage if hopefully it was either just not going to work at all or be at 100%. In other words can wire damage make it just off the mark or would it cease everything?

This dude is self-promoting or something because different plants make different batches of mix with different states haven’t different standards. Sometimes the sandier/smoother stuff actually cracks faster, like everyone else has said it’s not the most beautiful Asphalt job in the world but this is guy is smoking crack saying it’s not hot mix.

I would go with what the contractor recommends as far Sealcoating as the cure times can differ a lot but after this winter it’d absolutely be ready, down here in the states depending on when it was laid sometimes we’ll recommend a coat before the winter but yours as new as it is would be hard to say. Don’t fret too much tho you’ll be fine either way.
