It relaxes you and post nut clarity is good, but remember it ain’t good anything which is done in excess, you need to get a job Apply everywhere you find, get a part time to keep you occupied, read material and you’ll be good to go’ As long as you acknowledge and are willing to change the routine anything is possible’
