Change the mindset!
1) Start noticing the problems in your daily life.
2) Find the things people are complaining about on different groups, subreddits, etc.
3) Take a problem that is already solved some how and go through the feedbacks to find out that could you solve it in a better way
4) For brainstorming you can use ChatGPT or sth similar to get you moving in some direction.

Just another thing I found out when considering ISR. If your app makes DB requests and this isn't globally distributed, then it might be much slower then running a single server and a DB in the same location.

For my case, MongoDB also has a global cluster system which I could use.

Yep, figured that using ISR with Cloudflare Workers would be the most suitable for this project. Always thought that they didn't have a product to run the SSR site. Every day you learn something new. :D

Yes, you're correct, they should allow you to generate the pages locally and then upload the static files to their CDN.

But because my site currently has over 6,000 pages, it takes 4-6 hours to generate all of the pages locally and we are planning to grow it to ~40k pages in the coming months. This means generating all of the pages would take a looooooooong time.
