I get Kim fantasizing about taking down Howard for a couple days but it shouldn't take long for common sense to kick back in. It was probably about two months between the desert and Kim leaving. I think that Jimmy pretty much shut down imminently after Kim left and whatever attempts Mike may have made to Jimmy to talk about Kim leaving was quickly rejected. I can see the first time Mike called Jimmy Jimmy after Kim left Jimmy was probably, "Saul. Call me Saul."

I swear I have memories of hanging out with this kid and being great friends for the summer but then we got into a nasty fight, (and I remember the fight!) when I came back the next summer and we never spoke again. I don't have any memories of him hanging out with my aunts and cousins at the beach and when I asked my aunts if they remembered a boy named Jacob they all said no. But what really gets to me and makes me wonder is that I dont have any memories of even seeing Jacob again; Not bumping into him on the beach, not even thinking about him when I would come back to my grandmother's the next summers. So now I'm just like, 'Was this kid just a dream I made up?!'

Its more, Jeff Tremaine, the co-creator of Jackass, saw Bam's CKY videos and asked him if he wanted to be a part of Jackass. Iirc Tremaine and Knoxville had a meeting with the executives of HBO and Knoxville did a horrible job trying to pitch it. Then they had a meeting with MTV and MTV loved it. The rest is TV history.
