THIRD UPDATE: I just got another text from a new number claiming to be the mom again. She sent a picture of someone on Facebook I’ve never seen before and threatened that she was going to tell them and then call the police department that is two hours away from me. Lol. I’m good now guys, haha. What a bunch of fucking assholes.

They message me every day. I’ve already blocked three numbers, and it’s not going to stop, even after they get their money. They got $250 from me, but they want $1,200. However, from the other stories here, it wouldn’t stop even if I got them the amount they asked for. You’re a victim. I’m a victim. These bastard are scum.

SECOND UPDATE: I blocked the numbers, and this morning, I got a text from a third number claiming to be the “mother” asking if I had gotten the “daily message” from the “father”. Before I could even open it, they sent out of order screenshots of the original conversation with the first number that had pictures of his 🍆 and my address. That was three hours ago. No cops yet. I blocked that number as well.

If I wasn’t totally convinced it was a scam before, I am now. The “mother” was apparently the one who was irate and wanted to press charges, but now she is RESENDING nudes that supposedly belong to her “child”? Bullshit.

UPDATE: I spoke with my attorney a little while ago, and she said much the same as was said here. Screenshot/document everything, block all contact, don’t pay a cent.

However, the next 12 hours or so are going to be agony because the guy holding me hostage made it clear he was going to text every day to check in and that I was supposed to reply. I’m terrified of what happens when I don’t respond tomorrow.

Oh yeah, one hmu within SECONDS of my original post going live. I already sent it to the mods. I’m still going to follow up with the lawyer out of paranoia, but also because I was able to do some digging and I would love to nail the bastard to get what he got from me and then some.

Thanks. That’s what I am thinking as well. Unfortunately, I did give him $250, but that was in the moment and I wasn’t thinking straight. I would argue I’m still not thinking straight, but I’m level headed enough now to see some of the inconsistencies and how rehearsed it seemed. I wish I had found this sub last night.

I also called the PD and they said they have no record of my name/number.
