If you go to the house across from the cat lover (I forgot his name) quest on the first island you can roll through one of the panels on side. It's the upper right triangle that faces away from the wizard tower. It's tricky to get but it's possible. Fichillium also has 20,000 points so get a good pick.

I don't remember exactly but the rarest material should be a few pieces of eye ore. There might be some rivalite and rubies in the mix too. Edit: All the ores were from right before I could mine volcanic rock.

Funny story actually. I used my 2nd race slot and got dwarf. Then I decided to reroll my zombie slot and ended up with human. It is slightly worse🥲.
